This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Performance Golf and Stitch Golf (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Performance Golf or Stitch Golf, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Entry Period
The Promotion begins on July 2, 2025 and ends on July 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter
To enter during the Promotion Period, participants must:
- Follow @PerformanceGolfZone and @StitchGolf on Instagram;
- Like the official giveaway post on the Instagram pages of both brands;
- Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
Limit one entry per person, per giveaway post. Duplicate comments or multiple tags in separate comments will not result in additional entries. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (1) Stitch Golf SL2 Gen 2 Golf Bag, (1) Stitch Golf Ultimate Garment Bag (UGB), (1) Stitch Golf Birdie Putter Cover, (1) Stitch Golf Monte Carlo Leather Head Cover, (1) Stitch Golf Truckin Cap, (1) Stitch Golf Tech Short, (1) Stitch Golf Barton Stripe Polo Shirt, (1) Performance Golf Thriver Driving Wood, (1) Performance Golf 357 Fairway Hybrid, (1) Performance Golf SQ Putter, (1) Performance Golf Click Stick Swing Trainer, (1) one-year Performance Golf SwingFix AI membership.
Five (5) Runner-Up Winners will each receive: (1) Performance Golf Click Stick Swing Trainer and (1) $150 StitchGolf.com gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of grand prize: $2,706 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of runner up prize: $449 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by July 10, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from one of the official brand accounts and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the required time period, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery
All prizes will be shipped within 60 days of confirmation of the winner’s shipping address. Sponsors are not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or damaged shipments.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules.
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Sponsors to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
Any personal information collected during the course of the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policies of the Sponsors:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram, Performance Golf, Stitch Golf, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsors and not to Instagram.
Winners List
To request the name(s) of the winner(s), please send a self addressed stamped envelope to 101 NE 3rd Ave #1500, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, Attention: “Performance Golf x Stitch Golf Giveaway Winners List Request.” Requests must be received within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
